1) Download PD-Proxy CLICK Here
2) Sign Up in PD-Proxy CLICK Here
3) Open PD-Proxy then Open setting icon in menu bar
4) Now click on it and go to advanced setting
5) THEN ADD UDP Port as 53 or 9201 
6) Now go to user name and password tab
7) Fill username and Password [fill username and password that you given at registration]
8) Connect PD PROXY  
9) Now enjoy unlimited free 3g internet on your pc with tata docomo udp port trick.

FOR ANDROID MOBILE USERS: HOW TO ACTIVATE FREE TATA DOCOMO UDP 3G TRICK ON ANDROID
1) first download the Droid VPN from play store
